Our Story

The story of the creation of White Glove Miami and my story is truly the American Dream.  I grew up near Bucaramanga, Colombia as the oldest daughter of a successful businessman and a driven mother.  They instilled and taught me strong work ethic at a very young age.  My parents taught me to take pride in my work and pour my heart and soul into it and to always to the very best job possible.

My dreams in Colombia were to go to law school and eventually open my own firm.  During my studies I had two beautiful daughters who meant the world to me.  While raising my children I completed my undergraduate studies and eventually completed law school. 

After school, economic instability in Colombia led me to the United States in search of greener pastures.  When I arrived I took several jobs, first as a nanny and then as a housekeeper, to make ends meet before eventually taking a job in a law firm in downtown Miami. 

Working in corporate America inspired me to start my own business so I too could have a slice of the American dream.  With that in mind I founded White Glove Miami.  Armed with the work ethic instilled in me by my parents I started this business to be able to provide my daughters everything in life that is within their dreams.  I personally visit, assess and perform the initial work for every client that my company services.  This ensures that my company and employees will perform the best job possible. 

As the cornerstone of this business I make a promise to each and every client to provide them with exemplary professional service and to be responsive to their needs at all costs.  I made a vow to my parents, my daughters and to myself to build a successful company.  I intend on doing this one successful client at a time.  I am Johanna Leon and this is my business – White Glove Miami.  I look forward to providing you great customer service in the future.
